Holiday Parkway Implements a CRM Software System

Keeping track of all the records regarding the residents has been a long outstanding problem. LM Inc implemented a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software for Holiday Parkway.  This software will keep track of:

  • All the registration information
  • The violation letters
  • Any communication with the residents
  • All repair work related to not only the Common Area Elements but also any repairs coordinated through LM Inc.
  • All emails

The software system was implemented at no cost to the Association as it was included in LM Inc. Site Management services.
