Keeping track of all the records regarding the residents has been a long outstanding problem. LM Inc implemented a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software for Holiday Parkway. This software will keep track of:
- All the registration information
- The violation letters
- Any communication with the residents
- All repair work related to not only the Common Area Elements but also any repairs coordinated through LM Inc.
- All emails
The software system was implemented at no cost to the Association as it was included in LM Inc. Site Management services.
